By using Usflighttravels for booking or any other activity, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is necessary to access any service or information provided on Usflighttravels.com.

Contract

When you make a reservation through us, we enter into agreements with the supplier(s) and other principal(s), such as airlines and lodging companies, whose names will be stated on your receipt. You may have multiple agreements simultaneously with each supplier or principal involved in your trip. As a representative or travel agent, we are not accountable for the actions or decisions made by these suppliers. It is important to carefully read and request copies of their terms and conditions if necessary.

Essential Booking Requirements

Please ensure all names, passport numbers, and flight itineraries are accurate when booking a flight, as any changes made afterward may result in additional charges. Upon receiving your travel documents, please review them thoroughly and contact us immediately if any revisions are necessary. Please note that all tickets provided by us are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless specified otherwise.

Rest assured that the booking information you provide us is shared only with relevant suppliers for your travel arrangements and with individuals essential for your accommodation and assistance during travel. If required, your information may also be disclosed to public authorities such as immigration and customs departments. This includes any specific details you've shared with us, such as disabilities, dietary requirements, or religious preferences. Additionally, certain information may be shared with security and credit checking companies.

When traveling to the United States, your information will be shared with US customs and border protection to combat terrorism, national security threats, and serious crimes. However, if traveling outside the US, data protection regulations may not be as stringent as those in the US. Therefore, we may need to disclose relevant information to suppliers to facilitate your booking, and your consent to share this information is implied when providing it to us.

We only share your booking details with relevant suppliers and individuals involved in arranging and managing your travel, including any specific requirements you've provided, such as dietary needs, disabilities, or religious preferences. Additionally, your information may be shared with public authorities such as immigration and customs agencies, as well as security and credit checking firms.

It's important to recognize that data protection laws vary between countries, necessitating the sharing of information with suppliers to facilitate your booking. By providing us with your information, you consent to its sharing as necessary.

PAYMENT

Customers have the option to pay for their booking in installments or in full at the time of booking. If opting for installments, any outstanding balance must be settled by the specified due date. Failure to make payments on time may lead to repercussions such as booking cancellation. All expenses are presented and billed in USD.

CANCELLATION

To cancel or modify your booking, you must submit a written request to us. However, suppliers may impose cancellation or modification fees as per their terms and conditions. Any adjustments or cancellations may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance. Please be aware that neither Usflighttravels nor its affiliates or suppliers are liable for cancellations or delayed boarding, and refunds will not be provided.

INSURANCE

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking with us to safeguard you and your family in case airlines or other suppliers are unable to provide refunds. Travel insurance has become essential, especially when traveling abroad, with some destinations even mandating it for exploring their surroundings. To qualify for travel insurance, contact relevant travel agents, visa providers, and embassies.

This insurance provides coverage for many situations that airlines may not cover. It includes refunds for cancellation fees, lost baggage, delayed boarding, medical emergencies, lost passports, and other documents. Additionally, if the supplier of your travel plans experiences financial failure, the insurance will protect the traveler.

If you opt to purchase the recommended insurance, thoroughly review it to ensure accuracy of all provided information and inclusion of necessary details. By carefully studying the insurance coverage, you can familiarize yourself with key terms and concepts.

TRANSMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

All travel-related documents, including insurance policies, tickets, and invoices, will be sent to you via postal delivery. Once you have received these documents, Usflighttravels will have fulfilled its obligations, unless any loss of records occurs due to our fault. In such cases, reissuing tickets and other documentation is only feasible upon payment of associated fees. Alternatively, you may request delivery of the items, but this will incur an additional fee.

CONFIRMATION

Once your reservation is confirmed, Usflighttravels will send you an email to inform you that we have received and processed your request. However, please note that while this email confirms your purchase, the final verification of the availability of the service you ordered will depend on the supplier.
